Adam served 11 years with the Victoria Police Force in various roles.  He moved on to manage security for VIPs and major events at one of Australia's most prestigious Universities and designed and delivered conflict management training for university staff.   He has managed security operations throughout Australia and New Zealand. He has coordinated events for world-class bands, sporting events, and concerts and supervised security operations across Christchurch, New Zealand after the 2010/2011 earthquakes.  A contrarian by nature, Adam tends to be the weird guy off to the side who's pondering if there's a better way to 'do that thing.'  A non-denominational Christian and a believer that life is a kind of open book exam.  Adam has relocated to Paraguay and is a blogger and builder.
